PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE:
-1969-1974 - Works in a metal crafts family workshop developing new techniques while performing different collections of drawings and engravings in Santiago de Chile.
-1974-1975 - Lives between Santiago de Chile and Barcelona, Spain.
-1975 - Make a series of drawings for the book of poems "Skin Color" by poet Carlos Sánchez, Barcelona, Spain.
-1976 - Establish residence in Barcelona.
-1977 - Beginning of the relationship with the Agustí SA Company in Barcelona for the design of Classic Lamps with an intention to move towards the production of Contemporary Design.
-1978-1983 - Responsible for carrying out the Brochures and Catalogs of Agustí Lamps SA, as well as Brochures for Benclar Company in Belgium and Frantzen Lamps in Holland.
-1978-1979 - Collaborates with photographer Cesar Malet as Art Director for the development of the photographs of the Agustí SA Classic Lamps Catalogue.
-1979 - Designs for Agustí SA the PRAGMA Lighting Collection, and prepares the first studies of the DOGMA Halogen Lighting Series.
-1979-1984- Works on different series of lamps designed for the Classic Collection of Agusti SA
-1980 - Again collaborates with photographer Cesar Malet for the development of the photographs of the PRAGMA Series.
-1981 - Creates a series of bathroom fixtures for the ROCA SA Company.
-1982 - The Nessen Agusti Catalog is published in the United States using the original photos and graphic information given by the Agusti Company and Nessen Lamps INC starts distributing the Nessen Agusti (PRAGMA) Collection.
-1982-1983 - Works with Associate Designers to develop the DOGMA Lighting Collection for Agustí SA.
-1985-1988 - Creates and owns the company LUCEFORM SA, for the manufacture and export of parts of lamps of the PRAGMA Collection to the United States (after the bankruptcy of the Agusti Company).
-1985 - Begin the relationship with Forja La Creu SA Company for the Design of Classic Lamps as well as Contemporary Lamps.
-1986 - Work with Lluís Agustí and Carlos Puchol to develop the SILENE Halogen Lighting collection for Forja La Creu SA.
-1987-1988 - Review the PRAGMA Collection to improve technical solutions and designs the halogen PRAGMA Collection for Forja La Creu SA.
-1987-1990 - Collaborates with Photo Studio Nos y Soto as Art Director for the development of the photographs of the different lamps collections that were developed and produced during those years.
-1988-1990 - Responsible for the Graphic Design and implementation of Forja La Creu SA Catalogs of the lines: LEDS Modern Design, C4 International Classic Design and C4 Contract PRAGMA Contemporary Design, as well as the development of Catalogs for partner companies and also logos and corporate image of other smaller companies.
-1990 - Begins to work for other lighting companies as Idearte SA and Marset Iluminacion SA developing new designs and continues working with Leds SA (new name when Forja La Creu changed owners).
-1991 - Designs for Metalarte SA the COLOMA wall lamp.
-1992 - To mark the 50th anniversary of Marset Iluminación designs a Sculpture Lamp called LA DONA.
-1993-1997 - Works as Graphic Designer making different brochures for CV MEDICA SL, as well as different lamps catalogs for other companies of Spain, Italy and the United States.
-1993 - Work in small sculptures for different lighting equipment.
-1993-1997 - Works on the designs of Classic and Contemporary lighting for companies Leds SA, Marset Iluminacion SA and Blauet SA.
-1998-2004 - Collaborates with Lluís Porqueras for developing new different lighting projects for companies Evaluz SA, Blauet SA, Almerich SA, B.lux SA, and Targetti-Barceluna S.A. while continues to design individually for Marset Iluminación SA, Blanch Cristal SA, Novoart SL and Faladesa SA.
-2001-2006 - Works with Spanish Company Dalcama SA developing a contemporary lighting collection for the Chelsom Limited Company in England.
-2001-2002 - Starts drawing again and spends time preparing a series of large format printing, taking advantage of new technologies and digital media
-2002 - Parallel exhibition in Punto Arte Gallery and Pilar Marti Gallery of pencil, crayon and pastel drawings on paper; drawings in mixed media on paper, pencil and crayon; drawings on canvas in mixed media, pastel, pencil, wax and digital printing.
-2002-2007- Works, commissioned, in the internal restructuring and renovation of several apartments of the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona.
-2003-2005 - Work with Blanch Cristal SA for the lighting division Lúmica designing a series of collections for the traditional catalog and in turn Advises and Directs a new line of Modern lighting working with Spanish designers both young and renowned. The project remained unfinished as the company closed its lighting division.
-2004 - Participates in a group exhibition in Punto Arte Gallery with a three-dimensional (220x150 cm) Acrylic painting work called Millenium (special request)
-2005 - 2013 - Responsible for the Graphic Design and web maintenance and marketing manager of rentals-barcelona.com, website for short term rental apartments.
-2007 - Works in the Acrylic Mural (400x320cm) painting called Rain (special request)
-2008 - Works in a series on Chinese calligraphy in Acrylic painting (special request).
Full Dedication to Sculpture
-2014 - 2020 - Working on sculptures with recycle cardboard packaging as the base of his work.
-2021 – Starts experimenting with Plywood, cement and weathering steel to develop new work
-2021- First small series of 4 pieces in Laser-cut Corten Steel of Confussion 8, from the series Confussion
-2022 – Reorganize all his work from the past years in the Urban Sculpture Project, that articulates his prototypes into future big size sculptures, as has been the idea. He started working in 2014. A sculpture in the street, a step-in culture, gives even more reality to how the sculpture should be integrated into the life of every city and not only closed up in museums.
